Project Details

The design and architecture of the project, with the concept of “Green Building”, which was developed by IŞ REIT, bears the signature of “SOM” (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP) and “Dizayn Group”. The project is situated off E5 motorway in the district of Tuzla in Istanbul; the compound Project consisting of Is Bankasi Technology, Operation and Trade Centre, Training and Hotel Building as well as MALL and Offices has a construction area of 300.000 m2. In 2015, Istanbul Turkey Is Bankasi Technology and Operation Centre was granted the award in the category of “Best Office” as part of the Sign of the City Awards.
