This is an investment carried out by Astra Construction, under the Brand of UNIYURT, consisting of 7 private Dormitory buildings ( 500 rooms) and social facilities, with “Built-Operate and Transfer” model at Afyon Kocatepe University. The construction of 4 blocks of Social Facility and project management (Rough-Finishing works, Decoration, Mechanical-Electrical Installation, Infrastructure-Environment Landscaping) were delivered on turnkey basis, in 3 different stages, within the frame of the investment plan.
