Project Details

Used as a French orphanage 160 years ago, the historic site over the foothills of Bebek was projected to turn it into a living space which involves some structures, such as hotel, residence, art and culture centre and food court, by rebuilding it in accordance with its original texture. This exclusive project over a 68.000 m2 of land involving 17 buildings, which will be operated by Viceroy, one of the world-famous hotel chains, was projected by WATG, one of the distinguished, architecture, master planning and landscaping companies in the world.
